To receive the over-the-air updates, you must agree to the respective update in the Mercedes-Benz App, or give general consent in the Mercedes-Benz App to receive all future updates.
[5]22 kW charging may require the appropriate optional equipment "AC charging system (AC charging 22 kW)" depending on the manufacturer and vehicle. If this is not the case, the wallbox or Flexible Charging System automatically charges the vehicle with the maximum charging power possible. The maximum charging power of the charging station must be adapted to the upstream installation (cable cross-section and fuse protection).
[6]To be able to use the “Mercedes me Charge” Digital Extras service, a separate charging contract with a selected third-party provider is required for charging, payment and billing purposes. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to the Terms of Use for the Digital Extras services are required for use of the Digital Extras services. The respective vehicle must also be paired with the user account.
[7]On and from 1 August 2024, all new Mercedes-Benz battery electric vehicles will be provided with a complimentary 1 year Chargefox subscription, activated as at date of first registration, for use at all Chargefox public charging stations in Australia. The offer is available until it is varied or discontinued. Ex demonstrator and used vehicles will receive balance of Chargefox subscription, if applicable. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to all relevant terms of use are required to use the services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with a corresponding user account and relevant services activated (Mercedes-Benz Charge). You may be required to enter into an agreement with or accept third party terms and conditions. Internet connectivity is required. To facilitate the subscription, VIN and registration will be shared with Chargefox, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Excludes plug-in hybrid vehicles.
